Our story starts at the beginning of the spring semester of 2023. It is a cold January where the temperatures are in the twenties, and if we are unlucky enough, the teens. Everyone is excited to be back on campus and see each other again, especially a couple individual. Two characters, Haley and Camden, have been introduced to each other in the past semester and have been texting each other all of Christmas break. Camdens good friend, Luke, consults with Camden to give him the courage to talk to her. At the end of chapter one, he bails and leaves Haley all sad. This is the last we see of Haley.
Winter Romance - MMA 1
Still no Haley around, but the protagonist of our story, Alek, has started his semester strong by being cast in Beauty and the Beast at Indiana Wesleyan University. Camden, from the last chapter, is cast too and the two have started hanging out more. A day in the life seems necessary for a story through this past semester. More minor characters are introduced as well as seeing Camdens friend, Luke, from the previous chapter. The world of audio is still not found but is coming soon.
A Day in the Life - MMA 2
Taking a break from being on campus at Indiana Wesleyan University, the world of audio had been explored a little and Alek tells a story of an incident with a frog at a young age that left a wicked wound in his eye.
Frog Story - MMA 3
The world of audio has been explored a lot more and out other protagonist, Camden, is back in the story and explains what his semester looks like as a music major to get more variety of a student’s life on campus in the story. He talks about performances and some of the other jobs that he has on campus that help the campus run and helps make big things happen like chapel, which is crucial for all other students on campus. Beauty and the Beast is mentioned in the end once again. Audio is explored as well as edited audio and putting audio over a slideshow. Things are starting to get put together, what could possibly go wrong?
Camden Hyman Interviews - MMA 4, MMA 5, and MMA 6
If you remember the last chapter, there was nothing wrong, in fact, everything was going really well. Well unfortunately, the big bad antagonist has officially entered the stage. Evil mastermind, Silentium, has stolen all of the sound from the world and the only way to turn it back on is to destroy Silentium and redo his actions. Instead of Bruce Wayne being Batman, Alek turns into HIS counterpart, Lars Sully, and goes on the mission with some help along the way from supporting characters Father Vandali and Morison.
Where Did the Sound Go? - MMA 7
After defeating Silentium, Alek concludes the spring musical, “Beauty and the Beast”, at IWU. This show has taken up almost the whole semester and has been one of the biggest projects of the whole year. It’s where people learned a lot about themselves and grew in healthy relationships. IWU Theatre Guild president, Shae Gillespie, talks about what the theatre guild is and how important it is to a community. Many characters throughout this story were featured in this show including Camden Hyman and many others. More videography and audio was explored and well executed.

Wrapping up the Semester - Part of Final
The school year is coming to a close and for the final chapter there is phots and videos of some of the most memorable moments of the last week. The final week included meals with friends, hanging out (including some intense spike ball in the Hodson lawn), and finishing up classes. The biggest thing that happened in the last week, besides finals, was the Theatre Guilds Award Ceremony! One of my good friends, a solid relationship that formed throughout the semester especially in Beauty and the Beast, and I went to Goodwill to get outfits for the occasion. This night was ended with drinks at a coffeeshop named “McConn” which had a fun 50s themed event going on. Alek’s sister, Brielle, goes to Huntington University and she had a track meet on IWU’s campus which was fun to get to see. Hodson Room 210 West was then ready to get cleared out for the last few days on campus. Goodbye Hodson and IWU. Until next year.
